How to hide and un-hide THIS (XD) menu

I want to hide THIS (Dont know the name) menu and dont know from where to hide and after that how to un-hide it if needed.

Found out that its called " The Panel Toolbar " and its shortcut for toggle off/on is ( ctrl+shift+M)
