Having problem to delete seams

Hi everyone,

I am working on a low poly character and I would like to change some seams without resetting everything.

I would like to delete the seams shown by the red arrows.

I tried Ctrl + Click on each seam to sew but without success.

Any idea?

Thank you so much.

With those edges selected, try sewing from the Modeling>UV>uvEditor window.

Doesn't-s and Can't-s alone are not the way to the solution. If you are interested in finding one, learning something, post something to work with, like your model - zipped MA file.

The specifics of the uv layout is that is split in UDIMs.

And then, the head uvs, that border with seams that you want to get rid of, seem all to be snapped to a (0.000, 0.000) point. Here only reasonable option would be to auto-project uvs for that head part, then re-define (Cut) the new seam at the neck, and merge leftover uvs to the torso. You might need to use some Unfold/Optimeze commands/tools, to untangle some overlapping/heavily deformed parts.

Thanks.

It explains the trouble.

The easiest way is probably to reset everything.

Probably, if you'd enjoy mapping entire body instead of just head part.

That's right.

I have to map the entire body
