I am running Maya 2019.3.1 and have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080. I have the newest driver update which is version 461.2. I tried doing some things with Xgen yesterday, and was met with the warning ""XGen(Tip): OpenCL is disabled. See output window for more details." (Screenshots attached). The GPU is recognized and put as my default in Maya, but cannot be used. Apparently my driver update is too new for Maya to handle. Maya version 2019.3.1 can apparently only use version 430.86 of my GPU. Even Maya 2020 can only handle up to version 452.06 of the driver update. So I'm currently at a loss on how to navigate around this problem. I can't downgrade my GPU back to version 430.86 due to my up-to-date Windows being incompatible. Will there be a Maya update soon to be compatible with the newer driver updates? Or is there anything I can do to fix the issue? So any help would be greatly appreciated.
