Geometry not connected to Shaders

Hi! 
Since a few days, i have following Errors, that occur: 

Error: Error reading file.
Mesh not exported, it has 0 shading groups.
// Warning: WARNING | [mtoa] Output driver 0 for AOV "RGBA" is null

Since i opened up my scene on my laptop(Mac), after working from home at my working station (Windows), 
these errors occur. Firstly, when i opened the last scenes, the shader networks are not assigned anymore. Also, the Hypershade is completely empty. BUT, you can see it while right-clicking over the model and hovering over "existing shaders" it shows the shaders. 

I did not move the texture files etc. to any other directory.

When reassigning the existing shaders, it only appears grey... 
When assigning standard lambert shader and trying to render it does nothing. 
It is starting to initialize the render, but never does something.
