FBX Exporter not allowing me to export thumbnail all of a sudden?

Hi folks,

I've recently updated my Maya to 2022 and apart from some random glitches with object suddenly disappearing while selecting faces and so on it's been fine. However all of a sudden when I try to export my models as an FBX with its little thumbnail picture I usually would it I see the option is no longer there? In fact even the FBX option has changed to lower case.

These are the only options I seem to have now. 

And then when I do try to export this page pops up now. 

Has something changed?
