Error: line 0: Error reading file

So today I woke up to my rig, meshes, textures, curve controls and materials missing, the only exception being the things that were hidden in the outliner. Yesterday was working just fine but today I have this error message (The first lines are of plugins that still work):

I found a solution for .ma files but mine is .mb saving as .ma just straight up deletes what's missing

Here is the file if it helps: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vaxo_F4VhIxk3QerDzocIaj0B9o7FgZq/view?usp=share_link

any help would be appreciated

I tried to upload the file here and this comes out

  • The attachment's volgar.mb content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.
