Can't launch Windows 10 Maya, Output Window shows Warnings

Hi!
Worked on Maya a few days ago everything was fine. Today faced a problem with launching Maya.
The Maya workspace wasn't open at all, only the outputs window. I thought that maybe the reason is in restarting my laptop or the Net Flex is disabled in Open systems, but everything was fine except the Maya. I uninstalled the version that I had and installed the new one. Still the same problem.
The output window says:
