Can I freely use the mentalray with Maya2016?

I've already bought a set of Maya 2016, but mentalray not build-in with it, can I free download it on (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/downloads/caas/downloads/content/mental-ray-plugin-for-m... and freely used in Maya2016?

your link doesn´t work for me. anyway the mental-ray-for-maya plugin is free for use with your maya license.

Correct. mental ray is just a seperate install in Maya 2016, but it's part of your Maya license.

This allows us (NVIDIA) to update mental ray independently of Maya. For example, we're conducting a Beta of mental ray 3.14 for Maya 2016 now, and if you're interested you can apply at: mental-ray-beta@nvidia.com   This Beta brings mental ray to viewport 2.0 for progressive/interactive feedback and GPU acceleration for new and easy to use global illumination method.
