Camera is being blocked by a single low res frame and I don't know how to get rid of it.

I must have miss clicked something but for some reason when I'm looking through one of my cameras, all I can see is a single frame of my animation and nothing else. What's even weirder is when I have the film gate on I can see the shot moving behind the frame. I don't want to delete it and make a new camera as I've got it right where I want it.

 

I'll link a video if I can.

Without seeing the scene itself, the only thing that comes to mind is to check whether there accidentally aren't an imagePlanes linked to the render camera.
