Hi

Is there anything in that scene? Any lights?

Let's see the Arnold log: https://www.google.com/search?q=arnold+log

Sorry, screenshots don't help. An Arnold log might.

Hi

Thanks. That's only a partial log, so I can't tell for sure what's happening.

To get a full log, in the Arnold Render View, click View > Log > Full

Your mesh light is not set up right:

00:01:05 1222MB WARNING | group2|light_pSphere1|light_pSphere1Shape : no polymesh linked to light

Did you stop the Arnold Render View part way through? There's no errors, but the render stopped at 50% of the last progressive step.

Hi

I was wrong. Screenshots do help in this case.

You are zoomed out in both your screenshots. Try viewing at real size (Window > Real Size)

Doesn't work how?

If you batch render, is the image good? (you'll have a watermark, but except for that, does it work?)

If you use the Maya Render View, does that work?

If you change the Render Type (System tab) to Export ASS and Kick, does that work? (you'll have a watermark, but except for that, does it work?)

If i render my scene it's works , my arnold render view too but the problem is the just black screen .
Maya works with direct X and make a black screen too in my viewport if i start maya with open gl core profile or legacy .
Maybe there is a relatioships between the two problems?
