Bifrost scratch cache / background processing no working.

Since 2019 Bifrost's scratch cache and background processing just do not work.

- Play every frame selected.

- Both turned on in Bifrost options.

Any information would be great as I have a deadline tomorrow.

A quick test you can try is unloading and reloading all of the bifrost plugins to "refresh" them and make sure there are no issues.
