Arnold rendered PNG sequence has Black background (Not Transparent)

I rendered 240 frames of PNG for 48 hours 

And when I went to compositing stage, there is no transparency ! 

How do I solve this ? I wasted 2 days worth of work if I have to render this again  for 48 hours...

I have to re-render my entire project using TIF format

since Arnold doesn't support Render Sequence with PNG file 


But how odd it is if I just save a single frame from the render view it's transparent, while in the render sequence it doesn't.

It doesn't really make any sense ...

Hi!

If you save from Render View the saving is handled by Maya and not by Arnold.

It would be nice if Arnold would support Transparency of "PNG" but currently only Alpha like in "Tif" is fully supported.

(Don't confuse Transparency  with Alpha).
