Arnold + Maya 2019 crash on empty scene

I have a completely fresh install of Maya 2019, Arnold, and Windows. When launching Arnold renderview, I get a hard crash out of Maya. I experience the same when trying to render on Backburner server.

Steps Taken:

- Fresh Windows install (its a newly refreshed system so nbd)

- Fresh Maya install

- uninstalled Arnold and reinstalled from Solid Angles website.  

- Updated NVidia drivers to latest version

Attached is my system information. Any idea's of what could be crashing Maya? I am not sure what additional steps to take to debug.

Hi!

Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5365.

Sorry, this processor is not capable of running Arnold.

It's too old and does not support SSE4.1 which is required for Arnold.

I wanted to add that also the GPU is very old and would not support some features in Maya and Arnold.
