arnold 6.2 for maya 2019 in mac os 11.1 output is black

I installed Arnold 6.2 in maya 2019.2 in mac os 11.1  . Render output is black in Arnold render panel and Arnold viewport and no alpha information , only possible to check in standard maya render panel .

please Help

You can copy and paste into TextEdit or some other text editor, and then attach the file.

 

The log is missing the first part, where I would be able to see the list of lights and objects.

 

The log says macOS 10.16.0 ? Not macOS 11.1

 

I don't see anything in the log to indicate a problem. But I don't know what lights you have.

  • What if you put a skydome in the scene?
  • If you use Debug shading in the Arnold Render View, what do you get? Render > Debug Shading

No problem with the lighting or sky light or anything , it works in maya 2020 or an older arnold version but , in maya 2019.2 it doesn’t work , same issue with Debug Shading Only with arrow press the mouse on black screen we can see smoothing like the attach image .
