Ambient occlusion "Render to Texture" offset glitch

I'm using the "Render to Texture" feature to generate texture files for use in AR and VR. When using the textures, they show an offset glitch in AR, VR but also in renderers, so the error seems to lie within Maya? Neither 3D model nor textures are tiled, scaled, etc.
Thanks for any advice on how to get it right!
