When in Viewport, the Alt + Middle Mouse is not working to move around in the scene. I have version 2023.3 and this has never happened before. Deleing my preferences has not worked either.
Check the system settings for your mouse/tablet and/or any 3rd party mouse software (like Logi Options+) as Alt mouse behaviour is baked into Maya and not customizeable.
