After installing the latest update (2023.1), i experience lag when switching between move, rotation & scale with the hotkeys "W, E, R". No lag in 2022

After I installed the latest update of Maya (2023.1), I have been experiencing lag when using the hot keys to switch between move, scale and rotate. I still have Maya 2022 installed and it does not have the issue. I also have a bit of lag when I use the pop-up menus in the view ports as well (shift + right-mouse click). My graphics and Wacom drivers are up to date as well as my windows updates.

 

My system specs are:

Windows 10

Dual Nvidia Quadro RTX8000's (driver 516.94)
