Adding "Insert Edge Loop" to Shelf.

Hey guys, learning Maya. Mostly is going pretty well, but is there any way to add 'insert edge loop' to the modeling shelf? I just need a quick way to access the tool without having to going through the drop down menu. I see the other mesh tools up there, but no matter what I try, I can't seem to figure out how to add it.

When I enter shelf editor, I don't see 'insert edge loop' as one of the options https://9apps.ooo/.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm an After Effects native, so Maya is very new to me.

Hold shift control and select the tool you want added to the shelf. You can also make a new icon if you want to be more visible.
