XGEN doesn't create Archives

Hi everyone!

I hope somebody could help me. It's my first time with XGEN.

Every time I try to export a mesh to an Archive (.xarc) I just get the folders and a 'log' file, all of them with the same issues, but xgen file/s.
I tested following some steps from this forum such as 'disabling auto-save', loading Arnold before export, re-loading some plug-ins, saving the scene before creating a description, checking the paths, and everything looks fine. But I can't export anything using 'Maya 2018.1' .
