Why doesn't Autodesk update the nucleus solver?

For example, nCloth hasn't received any updates for about 10 years. Cloth simulations are now far behind their competitors. It simply does not even have multi-core support. What is the reason of this? Will there be an update soon or will it be a completely new system? I hope I can get a response from authorized persons.

Thanks in advance!

I would agree about module updates, however search also Maya Ideas board, there are many submissions that gather user support, search for any nDynamics related term, and rather Vote for those than submit a new one, if only your suggestion is not addressing completely different aspect.

Start using Bifrost the graph, better, faster , controllable, procedural, etc.

The nucleous system was great but  probably is not gonna get update anymore

The Bifrost cannot be an alternative to the nCloth.

Hi!

"...will it be a completely new system?"

@sepu6 is right, Bifrost is the new system.

It does not make sense to develop something else in parallel.
