i found same issue in forum, but in maya 2017

Im in M 2018
i create ncloth, choose vertices, applie nconstrain>transform
when i set play and try to move, vertices collapse.
I search for update, i found one in september, but pop-up an error "maya.exe still open".
Friends, What should i do now?
