Constraining Object to Curve

I have an object which I need to be attached (or constrained?) to a curve. I do not need it for animation, but I am going to attach or wrap the object to a bunch of nHair dynamic curves for simulation. I tried it with the Curve warp deformer and it worked very well, but the object gets deformed during simulation (you can see the cylinders get wonky and lose cylindrical shape). I do not want this deformation to happen, I just need the objects to orient along the curve in the simulation.

I also tried the Motion Path constraint, but the object just travels to the end of the curve during the end of the simulation.

How do I achieve this? Please help. I will be glad to provide any more information if needed. Thanks in advance!

Here you go.

MASH_Tower is creating the cylinders and I have a transform which has a Z rotation at 90 - this is important to keep the instances along the curve so it can use the tangent of the curve. Then in the MASH_nHairDistrib  which uses the curve node with the Nhair simulation to instance the first Mash network (MASH_Tower). The step is all set to 1 and I turn on "equal spacing".
