Xgen spewing thousands of errors regarding vertex float xgClumpingWeight

I've inherited a nice scene I'm trying to render, it was generated in Maya 2016 using Xgen.

I'm currently in 2018.3 trying to re-render the scene and on completion of the render I get thousands of these errors, locking up Maya for a few minutes:

// Warning: line 1: XGen(2):  CV attribute length doesnt match number of cvs in primitive [vertex float xgClumpingWeight]  //

I have multiple collections, descriptions, etc. The Xgen folder exists and has data in it. But the error isn't very specific and I can't find a way to suppress it (the render appears to be correct) And ideas on how to solve this would be great.

Hi @Anonymous

I know it's been a while but I just wanted to let you know that our QA team worked a ton with your file and they were unfortunately un able to reproduce the issue so they feel that it is most likely due to a custom plug-in you are using. Without additional details they can't reproduce or make further headway. If the plug-ins could be supplied it's possible they could test further with this scene.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you or email me or my other co-workers who have been in contact with you if you have any further questions!

Thanks!  Sorry I was traveling to some studios for a bit and haven't replied.

I replied to the email from the team that they could contact one of the devs here to get the beta plugin.
