Xgen Primitives not following curves

Greetings.
I have spent many hours looking for an answer everywhere and I have been completely unable to both comprehend the issue I have, nor to find a single solution for it.
I have modelled a scalp for my character and it perfectly follows the head anywhere. From there I have made XGEN hair and have applied all steps properly. I have made a simple animation to test the curves and make sure everything follows, and indeed, the output curves are following the mesh perfectly and behave the way I want them to. The same thing goes for when I preview the character remains at World Space 0,0,0, all the primitives react like they should.
My big problem is whenever I move my character, and I have also tried to move only the scalp, anywhere away from World space 0,0,0, the hair gets all stretchy and weird. As if part of the primitives were attached to the follicles, and the other part is trying to go back to world 0,0,0.
Any animation or deformation with static mesh is fine, it follows the scalp it is attached to perfectly and does not behave abnormally. It only happens when I Preview the hair while AnimWire it ticked on, AND the scalp is not in the exact location as when I made the Xgen collection.
Here is my character in world space 0,0,0 and the second picture is my character in world space 15,0,0.
I know the Nucleus is visible and I have tried to constrain it to the body and keep it in center, as well as the hair system, yet absolutely nothing works.
I cannot understand why the output curves follow the mesh perfectly and behave dynamically just as they should, but as soon as I preview the hair and AnimWires is ticked on, the 2nd picture is my result. I also do not receive any errors regarding CVs or any of the likes. The primitives just do not follow their curves.
Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
