Hey there!
So, I've been working on a fairly simple rig in Maya and I seem to be having a weird problem when I try to perform these actions:
- When I right click on the mesh to change the selection mode
- When I try to create a new poly primitive
- When I try to select objects in the scene using the hierarchy select
I get this type of error:
C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2016/scripts/others/dagMenuProc.mel" line 1842.25: Wrong number of arguments on call to select.
I can't seem to find any info on this problem or find out how to solve it!
I'm working in Maya 2016 SP6 (student and licensed version, I take my rig to and from school)
******* Update*******
The shape node of the mesh looks like the picture below, which I believe is an indicator of the issue. That is not normally what a shape node looks like but I can't seem to figure out why it's different or why it matters.
