That flat curve could be from an un-changing attribute with no keys on it (like visibility). You could also try adjusting the vertical zoom of the graph editor. If the vertical scale is too big all your curve will look flat.

but as soon as i select them as u see in the video it becomes straight line and if i spline it i cant manipulate it using solo handles of key..or break tangent

What happens if you switch between Absolute View, Stacked View, and Normalized View in the View menu or by hitting 1, 2, and 3 respectively?
