When rigging/parenting eyes to head bone the eyes do not move with the head.

Hi i am trying to human ik my character but want to parent the eyes to to head bone as they have an eye control to make the iris and pupil move. However when creating the control rig the eyes rotate but don't stay in the area for the eye. I am not sure if it is a paint weights issue or I need to use a different type of parent or anything else. hi,

If u skin the eye mesh with head, its ok,

After skinned, u parent the mesh to joint  its rotate in this way only. so do any one method.

If further this problem exist, u group he eye mesh and delete history, than parent constrain with head joint. it works fine.

I have tried using both these methods but when creating the control rig it makes the characters right hand to thisScreen Shot 2019-08-08 at 8.26.46 PM.png

If i do not add the parent the eyes to head joint or group with head and bind there is no problem with the hand but then the eyes are not connected..
