Texture is messing up when animating.

Hi,
Im animating a character I have made but for some reason the head texture is messing up when I go to animate. The other textures on other models are fine, its just on its head thats causing this problem, see example of where the problems occur, as soon as I move the head of the rig it occurs. Ive included example of the UVs of the head also. Any help would be appreciated!!
