Stretchy Ik Script?

HEy guys, I have been trying to look for a good script for creating good limb stretches. Does anyone know of any?

You can do it with Maya's own Bonus Tools,

Do you know how to extend the stretch with the tool?

I haven't used it much, I always create everything from scratch in my rigs. I'll take that a look.

Thank you. I did the left leg through node editor, but I wasn't sure how to mirror it without repeating the whole process with the right leg.
