Skin deformation when painting weights

I am experiencing skin deformation problems when painting weights to my arm rig

Could you be more specific on what issue are we looking at?

After painting on the arm and lets say I rotate the arm or elbow to 90 or more degrees then that deformation happens

Can you share the file for further inspection? It could be a skin weight issue.

Well, I'm not facing the same issue when I rotate the FK controls. But I could notice some deformation issues which is caused by the skin weight misdistribution. I've attached the file for your reference.BeforeAfter

ok, how did u do it? maybe its a bother, but so sorry for asking, can u do a short even a 5min video i just see how u did it, cause I have been really struggling with it.
