Rotation Not Working On HumanIK Effector

Hi, I have a simple biped setup with HumanIK.

I am posing it out and discovered that one wrist effector responds to the Move and Rotate tools, while the other only responds to Move. In other words, I can rotate the effector of the right wrist but not the left.

I can rotate the hand bone, so the mesh is definitely skinned to the joints.  I must have inadvertently changed a setting somewhere along the way, but can't seem to find anything different between the right and left wrist effectors or bones.

Any suggestuins of what settings I should look for in order to troubleshoot this?

Thanks.

I deleted the control rig and created a new one. Faster than trying to track down the broken connection.

Hi,
Sometimes I've the same problem with quick rig : suddently, effectors will no longer rotate or translate. How much time I've redo the rig, but this is just not suitable.
I just found the clean solution : in 3D viewport, when cursor is over a ctrl, open the RMB menu > activate "HIK mode : Full Body*" (will have an asterix *), or Body part. After I clicked on this, all is working. It was unintentionnaly on "HIK mode : Selection". This last mode only permits to select ctrls.
