Rigging Pivot problem

I'm having an issue with my rig. When the eyes blink they dont stay attached to the model. It's almost like the pivot point doesn't move with the joint.

The eyeball geometry is parented to the end eye joint

Using the Set Driven Key I created a face rig that allows the eye to blink. It's very simple. The blink is just a scale change on the y axis.

everything works fine until I move the model while also having it blink, then the eye does not stay with the geometry. It looks like it's moving along an different pivot point. Even though the eye pivot has been aligned with the joint pivot.

Help! How do I fix this??

Somebody please answer this. I am also having this very same issue where the geometry's pivot point does not match the 'actual' pivot point. I've found that when moving the character away from default position, the pivot point does not follow the rig. Can someone please resolve this issue.

For me, this is happening to my character's teeth. I need the pivot point to follow the CONTROLLER pivot point but instead, when I rotate the controller, the geometry revolves around the GEOMETRY's pivot point which stays at the origin. Basically the teeth fly out of the head if I try to rotate it when the rig is not at the origin.  Anyone?
