Question about setting up constraints for my dozer model

Hello everyone, I'm a programmer and this is my first dive in modelling for a game I'm creating in my spare time.

 

I am making a unit for my game, its a construction dozer, and I want to be able to animate it, I basically want to control moving the bucket up and down, and tilting the bucket. I have everything else working and tested it in game.

 

What would be the best way to do this? I'm importing into Unreal Engine, I already have the joints set up in the wheels and my root joint in the body. Ive been playing around with constraints but cant get it right, once I try and add the controls for tilting the bucket, everything falls apart. And I'm not really sure how to rig this.

 

Sorry for the beginner question, but any help would be greatly appreciated, I will attach some images of what it looks like.
