Polygons "break apart/mash up" when trying to animate

I just started learning this app not too long ago and I'm still somewhat new as I've been using it for school lately. I have been struggling trying to animate my character and whenever I try to animate a frame, any frame, the polygons just mash up together and become some whole random thing. I'm so confused as it was working fine until I started rigging. Even then, I had another model where before I even started rigging, it would mash up every time I tried to animate it. If someone has some clue, please let me know.

this looks like you may have some scripts or binding issues in your rig. It could also be a parenting issue.

Did you build this rig yourself? or is it from a plugin?

Does this happen when you move anything other than "body circle"?  guessing, that should be the master move controller with all the other animation controls under that. if there are other tricks you're doing, (spline ik, curve controllers, ik parented to curves, etc.) make sure they're not conflicting.

Sorry to say, since I can't see the hierarchy, i'm guessing. But that really looks like a parent or constraint issue.
