nHair on animated model

Hello

I made a model using iClone Character Creator 2 and exported it as an FBX.

My problem is that when I want to attach nHairs to the models head, the hairs don't attach evenly, some even attach to the body and feet.

I tried creating a UV shell of the selected head area to make sure I'm only selecting the faces on the models head, but it still doesn't work.

An image is attached showing how it joins the nHair to the model's body and not head.

Please help as I don't know what I am doing wrong

Thank you

Hi!

The problem is indeed the UV mapping.

1. Create a third "empty" UV Set

2. Create UV's only for the head ("Automatic") by selecting some faces.

3. Select some faces of the head and create nHair with option "At Selected surface ..."

You may use Paint Hair... for further adding/removing nHair.
