Ncloth to blenshape on animated rig workflow

I have a problem that I can't seem to find a solution to.
Imagine an elbow. With a sleeve on it. The elbow is rigged as is the sleeve.
I then want to generate a blenshape for the sleeve when the elbow and the sleeve is bend.
The sleeve is now ncloth, I animate the elbow joint up into a bend position. Ncloth takes care of the sleeve nicely...
Now the elbow is bend. Sleeve has folds so naturally I want to save the shape of the sleeve to be used as a blenshape when I, in the future, bend the elbow again WITHOUT the ncloth physics solving.
The problem is self evident here. Obviously the blendshape that I get from this procedure does not take the skinning into account. So when the joint bends the sleeve, and the blendshape is at 1 the sleeve gets double pushed.
I'm using the shape editor for this.
Is there a way to get the right blendshape taking the skinning into account?
