My rig turns lighter color when I import it as reference

Adjust your Viewport 2.0 brightness.

Thank you so much it works! But the material looks weird when I render it. How can I fix it? First one is reference and second is the original one.

You are not using Arnold shaders, that's why.

Go on Youtube and watch some videos about Arnold shaders or take an online course.
