I am new to Maya rigging. I am attempting to rig a four-legged animal (gopher), and I've been following a tutorial on YouTube. The tut is good however, I got stuck at the Mirror Joint Options dialog and cannot find an answer anywhere to this error message I received: what does "Too Many Arguments" mean and what do I do to fix this? And please, not in techno-speak. I am not an expert and am learning Maya.
I am using Maya 2017; my rig is back leg and front leg with tail and spine.
So far I have done:
- Created Left back and front legs
- Created spine and tail
- Connected Left Back Leg from joint to Pelvis joint
- Connected Left Front Leg from joint to Chest joint
- Transform Display - Local Rotation Axes
- Oriented the joints to World (legs)
- Attempted to Mirror Joints (legs) and got the error message.
