I had some issue with Maya 2014 with windows 10 so I upgraded to 2016 which works great now but and I've just gotten to the point where I am weight painting and I'm having some issues. Seen in the attached picture when I'm weight painting I dont have any grey scale to show the strength of my weights and clicking colour ramp doesn't work either. This might be a stupid question and it might be an easy fix but I honestly can't seem to figure it out. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I can weight paint still but it just takes longer because I can't see influnces very well
