Manipulators in maya animation moves seperately from object

Well, i have no idea what happened, pretty sure i just messed up my settings. So, when im trying to move an object its not working as it supposed - all manipulators are like relative to wrong pivot or smth like that, they move seperately from object. Im new to this all, so I really dont know how to fix it. Help 😞

It's kinda hard to see what you are doing, a video might help. 

but My guess is you have selected all the controls and the sphere ( and they are in a hiearchy)

and you have move everything all at once. 

try moving just one control at a time ?

Hi! I kinda found out the reason lately, just as i thought it was silly.
Should have moved only yellow controller, so u are right :')
