Joints are disconnected(unbinded) autometically after setting the animation key(s)

Hi, I'm studying animation and rigging with Maya by myself.
I created joints and skinned them to the mesh(and also adjusted the skin-weight).

And then, I tried setting the animation key with 's' to a joint.

But after that, the joint that I set the key(s) is disconnected (or unbinded)...
I don't know why and can't find a similar case anywhere..

What should I do...? I have to solve this problem ASAP ๐Ÿ˜ž
* I inserted the recorded video of that problem

-> after setting the animation key(s)

What are you doing at :15 and :24 in that video that's making the rig spine2 joint snap back to rotate (0,0,0)?

Sorry for late๐Ÿ˜ฟ I didn't check the email about your reply..

I didn't want to that joint snap back to rotate (0,0,0)........

It reseted autometically itself

I want to know why and solution about it..!

The only guess I can come up with is that maybe your ik stuff is not set up correctly? Try deleting them and trying again. Otherwise maybe share the maya file here?

OMG I solved this..!! I deleted all of them and imported them as you said.

After that, it works so well.. hahaha

I feel like I'm a Spoiled-Princess...

Thank you so much for helping me๐Ÿ˜‚
