it takes ages to modify keyframes

in my project, it takes ages to offset multiple keyframes of multiple controls in graph editor

 

but for some reason everything was fine before 

also, i have not modified rid

Does any one knows how to fix that?

also, the solutuon of this topic works
but, it was in 2016 and there might exsist a better way to do that
