IK to FK switch

Hello, I am having trouble switching the IK arm controls on the Female Malcom rig to FK controls. When I choose IK2FK in the Picker Maya gives me this error message:

I am trying to switch to FK so tha the arms and hands stay in place while I pose the character to lift herself up through the window, rather than try and move her arms back to the same place in each new pose.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going wrong?

I'm not familiar with the Malcom rig but, I think you might be mixed up with IK/FK. General, if you want the hands to stay put, you need to be in IK mode.

It's seem that the script can't find an object. Have you changed the namespace or rename objects ?
