Ik not following the chain

Hello.
I did a basic rigging of an arm. I have an ik on the wrist and another on the finger, and created a circle around the wrist that is the father of the ik of the wrist.
When moving the circle, the arm moves, no problem. But when animating the circle, with keyframes, the ik of the finger doesn´t follow the chain, stay in the same place, so this way the finger is pointing towards that place, when the arm moves. That doesn´t happen in maya 2015. (I´m using 2016 now).
Any suggestions?
