Hi,
Do HumanIK rigs work in Time Editor?
Can you create additive and override layers for different HumanIK rig controls?
I can't figure out the connection between HumanIK controls (body parts, pins, IK Blend T/R) and Time Editor layers. For example, I often end up keyframing the IK Blend T/R values (0>1>0) to get layers to work at all and I'm not sure this is how it's supposed to be done. And it doesn't work always.
I can't get this workflow from the Maya manual working:
Has someone got that working?
When I try "Select driven Objects" on the shoulder (or any other) control, I get the all the controls selected, not just the children of the shoulder controller
I would very much like to see a thorough tutorial/explanation on the subject, this is very important if you plan to use motion capture, HumanIK and Time Editor to animate on top of motion capture.
Best Regards,
Kai
