How to export this rig as FBX ?

Hi, I animated this rig in Maya, but now, I want to export the rig and the baked animation as FBX files, to use it in Unity.
I tried in many ways to bake joints, but the hierarchy isn't the one I usually work with. So the export is a mess.
Is anyone have an idea how to export this type of rig please? Thanks in advance !
