How can I orient one joint local axis to another ?

Hello wonderful Mayans !!!
First of all, big hug to everyone!
I have two humanoid skeletons. I would like one of them to have the same joint orientation to the other... I can not find a script that does that (you can find script that works for other objects but, not for joints).
Is there a way to do this via script in stead of manually ?
I.e. select Source joint, select add target joint>Align Pivot Orientation of target joint to Source joint.
