Hi @r.marar,

Thanks for your feedback !

This issue is logged as : MAYA-84698 - Framing occurs vertically after deleting keys in classic graph editor.

The workaround is to use the modern graph editor.

You can switch to the modern graph editor by changing your preferences :

Windows > Settings/Preferences > Preferences > Animation > Graph Editor > Graph Editor UI > Modern.

You should see the change after closing and reopening the graph editor.

Please let me know if this helps.

Best Regards,

Hi!

The screenshot you provided clearly shows the "Classic" Graph Editor UI and not the "Modern" one.

Please check your preferences and maybe try a reset of your preferences.
Rename the folder prefs in folder 2018 to something like prefs_backup, or to reset everything, the folder 2018 to 2018_backup. Maya creates new folders. Detailed at:

Hi @r.marar,

Thanks for your reply. It seems that the graph editor is showing the Classic UI, even though the preferences are set to Modern.

Like @mspeer mentioned, you could try to reset your Maya preferences.

Also, it would be good to check if your graphic card is on our certified hardware list and if your drivers are up to date.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Please let us know how it goes.

Best Regards,

Hey,

Not sure if this will fix the problem. Do you have atools installed? If so, check your atools preferences to make sure 'auto frame playback' isnt selected. Fixed the same problem for me.

Cheers!
