Global control group doesn't work when skin is binded

Hi,

I have a problem that occur only when my model is binded.

When I move the group (the global control) that hold the differents parts (joints, mesh, clusters, controls)

The mesh and the skeleton move at different rates

But when the skeleton and the mesh are not binded the global control works properly

I don't know why It happen and so I can't do certains animations that need my character to be facing behind him.

Hi!

I am not sure what you mean with Global control group , but if you have all part, mesh and joints under the same transform node you should not move this group node, as this will end up in double transformations.

Only move the joints.

I had a problem in my hierarchy when I re looked at my rigging lessons. I had the mesh group in the wrong place resulting in double transform
