Hey all, i'm having a problem at work. I have a rigged dog, this dog have a dog tag and it was just skinned with a single joint while i'd add the dynamic joint system to the tag with nHair.
Now i added the dynamic system to the tag, everything is working correctly on the rig. Animation is done on the dog without the dynamic, now i have to replace the rig with the new dynamic one. I'm replacing the reference on the animation scene, hitting play and tag doesn't move. It stays at the position where the scene started. I did it manually and with a script that comes within Maya Bonus Tools and neither of them working.
*Joints have the same name and skinned by same joint in both version(non-dynamic and dynamic). They don't share the same parent but they are both driven by neck controller by different methods.
*Checked the stuff related to dynamic and they seem to be working(enabled at least).
